Ruey Long (Kelvin) Cheu, speaks at the  69^th meeting of the Joint Advisory Committee (JAC) for the Improvement of Air Quality in the Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua / El Paso, Texas / Doña Ana County, New México Air Basin. Cheu was an invited speaker.

This is a quarterly meeting of a U.S.-Mexico bi-national committee for the improvement of air quality in the El Paso-Ciudad Juarez region. It took place at the El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center at the University of Texas El Paso (UTEP). The committee members consist of elected representatives and representatives from regional and local government agencies, and local universities. This meetings are open to the public.
